I would like to recommend the following SIM card selling in Amazon, if you are on budget and want to use data only for your mobile or tablet. The card expiration is depended on when you buy it. From my experiences, it last for 4 to 5 months, but please check the product detail before you buy it. I am using Wifi at home and I only use it when I am going out. There are many vendors reselling SIM card (data only) from Softbank.
