<p class="wp-block-paragraph">The <strong>ADKAR model</strong> is a popular change management framework developed by <strong>Prosci</strong>. While it&#8217;s <strong>not explicitly listed in the PMBOK® Guide</strong>, it is valuable in <strong>organizational change</strong>, <strong>stakeholder engagement</strong>, and <strong>communication management</strong> — all areas relevant to <strong>project success and PMP exam questions</strong>.</p>
