south east Asia country&period; <br> <br> <br>Kotler&comma; P&period;&comma; &amp&semi; Keller&comma; K&period; L&period; &lpar;2015&rpar; said that &&num;8220&semi;Marketing is all about creating value for customers&period; So&comma; as the first step in the marketing process&comma; the company must fully understand customers and marketplace&period;&&num;8221&semi; &lpar;p&period;26&rpar; <br> <br>◆Targets market&lpar;s&rpar; <br>Until now my business is only B2B &lpar;business to business&rpar; base&period; I decided to expand my offering with direct B2C &lpar;business to consumer&rpar; delivery services by cooperating with eCommerce web services provider company and logistic company&period; <br> <br>For the first year&comma; I will start with my current products&semi; bottled milk and yogurts&period; After one year with the results of analyzing the feasibility of the market and acquiring some market coverage&comma; my plan is to expand my offering to daily needs of the markets such as meats&comma; vegetables&comma; fruits etc&period; and ready-to-eat packed foods&period; <br>My new target markets are those who cannot go out for grocery shopping like others such as single businessmen&comma; busy workers&comma; pregnant women&comma; elderly persons&comma; disabled persons&semi; and schools that are offering bottled milk in daily meals for students&period; <br> <br>◆Competitors&&num;8217&semi; target market&lpar;s&rpar; <br>Most of my competitors are foreign diary products importers who distributes mainly to supermarkets and local farms who sell directly to the local marketplaces&period; With my knowledge in IT industry&comma; I decided to use IT and internet for my market expansion since there is few &lpar;no&rpar; competitors in ecommerce marketplaces in Myanmar&period; <br> <br> <br>Anderson&comma; J&period; C&period;&comma; Narus&comma; J&period; A&period;&comma; &amp&semi; van Rossum&comma; W&period; &lpar;2006&rpar; said &&num;8220&semi;We have classified the ways that suppliers use the term &OpenCurlyDoubleQuote;value proposition” into three types&colon; all benefits&comma; favorable points of difference&comma; and resonating focus&&num;8221&semi;&period; <br> <br>◆Value Proposition <br>In my future plan of value proposition&comma; I will implement membership subscription system for those who want B2C services from our company&period; That system will include the call center like ordering system that the consumers can call and make orders to us directly&comma; and member-oriented IT system that they can change their subscription amount online anytime 24 hours and can communicate with our company anytime&period;
